Why Jakayla founded Angel Kiss Doula Services of Minnesota

Hello, my name is Jakayla Crowley, and I am the founder of Angel Kiss Doula Services of Minnetonka, Minnesota, USA.

I created this organization out of a deep passion for supporting expecting parents and families navigating challenging circumstances. Through my studies, professional training, and lived experiences, I became increasingly aware of the devastating impact domestic abuse can have on pregnancy, parenting, and the well-being of children.

Too often, individuals return to unhealthy or unsafe relationships due to limited support, isolation, and the overwhelming weight of trying to manage everything alone.

With a background in Marriage and Family Therapy, I founded Angel Kiss Doula Services to provide more than birth support—we are here to help families build healthier foundations. Our mission is to empower parents, strengthen emotional support systems, and offer guidance in navigating co-parenting when a romantic relationship is no longer healthy or sustainable.

Every child deserves to grow up in a nurturing, stable environment, and every parent deserves to feel supported, respected, and heard.

At Angel Kiss Doula Services, we believe that when we uplift parents, we protect children. When we support families, we strengthen communities. And when we prioritize emotional wellness, we help break cycles that have existed for generations.
